Can GOODY-JAPAN check my items once they arrive at GOODY-JAPAN warehouse?
We provide a free inspection service for items that arrive at our warehouse. Our staff will judge whether or not the item has arrived in a state equivalent to the item picture and description. They will also check for damage to the item.
However, our staff can only check the parts of the item that are visible on the pictures. They also cannot provide any specialist knowledge regarding items. (For example, spotting a fake brand name item)
*Our staff generally performs these items inspections within 3 minutes, but if you would like a more in-depth inspection of your item, please contact customer service through our order form.
