Temporary Suspension of Japan Post Mail Services to the U.S.

This is important information for our customers residing in the United States.

As you may know, on July 30, President Donald Trump announced an executive order abolishing the de minimis exemption rule for low-value imports.
However, postal operators in various countries have not yet been able to fully implement measures to address this change, resulting in a large backlog of postal items in the US customs.

Accordingly, Japan Post has announced that starting August 27, it will temporarily suspend the acceptance of international postal items (EMS, Parcel Post, and Air Small Packets).
As a result, we must also temporarily suspend the shipment of parcels via the Postal Service beginning on August 27.
Please note that there is currently no timeline for when Japan Post will resume acceptance.

Meanwhile, UPS, DHL, and ECMS continue to operate as usual.
Therefore, when creating a shipping request, we kindly ask you to select a shipping method other than the Postal Service.
We would like to assure you that any items which have already arrived at our warehouse will be stored free of charge until international postal shipments become available again.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.
