Is Insurance available?
We bear the cost for the default insurance for the package if insurance is available for all shipping methods. Air and SAL small packet packages can only be insured up to 6,000yen. If you are using EMS, then we bear the cost for full coverage of the package.
AIR, SAL, SURFACE parcel post packages are insured by default based on weight. If your package is valued above the default coverage, we can add full coverage for 500yen per box.
Up to 5kg: 11,160yen
Up to 10kg: 15,170yen
Up to 15kg: 19,190yen
Up to 20kg: 23,200yen
Up to 25kg: 27,220yen
Up to 30kg: 31,230yen

DHL shipping has originally no insurance. If you would like to take out insurance, an additional 2500 yen is required.
If the contents value is more than 210000 yen, the insurance fee will be 1.2% of the contents value.
