The brand name item that arrived was a fake. What should I do?
After items you purchase arrive at GOODY-JAPAN, we inspect it for defects and then send you an arrival notification. Unfortunately, our inspection does not extend to identifying fake brand name items. Therefore, any negotiations with sellers to return or exchange your item cannot be accepted after we purchase it.
