If I purchase Pokemon cards, can you authenticate them?
After we receive the item, if the price of a single card is 5,000 yen or more, we will inspect the card's print quality using a magnifying glass.
If the card is stored in a PSA case, we will check both the PSA case and the card using a UV light and magnifying glass.
If we find any signs of inauthenticity during our inspection, we may request a cancellation from the seller without obtaining the member’s prior consent.
However, we do not guarantee the authenticity of the purchased item.
As stated in our Terms of Use, the responsibility for the authenticity of the products lies with the member, and we cannot provide compensation if the item turns out to be counterfeit.
