Yahoo Shopping

Add the desired item to your shopping cart and submit the order. If items are sold by different shops, you must submit separate orders for each shop.
If we receive your order during nighttime business hours (19:00–23:00 JST), we will process it within 6 hours or by the next business day. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Yahoo Auction

Enter the maximum bid amount you are willing to pay, and submit your bid order.
If we receive your bid order during daytime business hours (10:00–19:00 JST), we will place the bid within 5 minutes on average (within 1 hour at the latest). If we receive it during nighttime business hours (19:00–23:00 JST), we will place the bid within 10 minutes on average (within 2 hours at the latest). Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Mercari

Submit your order. Orders must be submitted separately for each listing. If you wish to negotiate the price, click the “Negotiate Price” button, enter your desired price, and submit. Please note that your offer must be at least 80% of the current price.
Most items on Mercari can be purchased instantly through the system. However, in the case of price negotiations or certain specific categories, our staff will purchase the item manually. In such cases, the order will be processed during the same business hours as Yahoo! Shopping orders.

Other Online Shopping Sites

Click the “Open Order Form” button to open the order form.
Enter the product URL, name, price, and any other options such as color or size. You can enter up to 50 different products from the same shop, and then submit the order.
If we receive your order during daytime business hours (10:00–19:00 JST), we will process it within 6 hours. If we receive your order during nighttime business hours (19:00–23:00 JST), we will process it within 6 hours or by the next business day. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

4. Item Arrival at Our Office

When the items you ordered arrive, we will send you an arrival notification email. An arrival notification email will be sent for each order.
*Please note that the maximum storage period is 2 months.

5. Shipping Request from Customer

Please fill out and submit a shipping request when you would like us to prepare your shipment. If you have multiple orders, we will carefully combine them.
* For large or heavy packages, an additional handling and packing fee will be charged.

6. Payment

We will send you an invoice email from GOODY-JAPAN.
Please pay the invoice via PayPal, including our selling fee(commission), domestic shipping, international shipping, PayPal fees, and other applicable charges.

7. International shipment

We will promptly ship your package upon receipt of your payment for the invoice.
