Payment methods

In general, you can make payments on our service by PayPal. You can make payments using your credit card through PayPal system even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Currently, the following cards are available:.
VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX, DISCOVER, China Union Pay card

But if you are to remit high amount (more than 200,000 yen), we can accept your payment via International Bank Transfer.

International Bank Transfer.

If an amount of remittance is more than 200,000 yen, International Bank Transfer is rather reasonable due to a low rate of exchange.
When making an international bank transfer to a Japanese bank, 0.05% (a minimum of 2,500 yen) of the amount transferred will be taken by the bank as a handling fee. This means that all transfers up to 5,000,000 yen will incur a 2,500 yen of handling fee from our bank.
We will bear the bank fee at our end if the amount of remittance is 200,000 yen or more. And if the amount of remittance is less than 200,000 yen, we will deduct 2,500 yen for bank fee, and then we will add the rest of amount to your deposit account.
Please note that it takes 3-4 business days to confirm the remittance.
※Even if you pay a deposit via International Bank Transfer, we charge you our receiving fee (PayPal fee) when we issue a final invoice.

Deposit

You have to pay a deposit that equal to the product price for bidding / placing an order in advance. If the amount of deposit is short, please make a deposit additionally.
The available deposit in your deposit account is less than the product price you want, please add a deposit from My Page.
Please be aware of that the total amount of deposit doesn't mean exact the maximum amount of money you are able to purchase. If there are unsettled auction items, on-going auction items or purchased items you have, the available deposit should be smaller than the amount of deposit accordingly.
If your withdrawal request is in progress, the available deposit becomes small as well.
You can also use a deposit to make a payment for a final invoice.

Deadline for payment

Please note that payment must be complete within 5 days including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays after you receive a final invoice.
If we cannot confirm your payment until that day, we will deduct the amount from your deposit account automatically. If the amount of your deposit balance is not enough for payment for the invoice, we will send you another invoice additionally. Please be aware of that we may impose you restrictions on the use of our service temporarily if we don't receive a payment within 3 days counting from the day we send you the invoice.

Withdrawing of deposit

When you would like to withdraw your deposit, please send a "Withdrawal Request" to our customer service from a dedicated form. After our customer service confirm your withdrawal request, we proceed with the refunding manually and it takes at the longest 48 hours.
We use PayPal's refund function for the refunding. This refund function is available within 60 days from the date of payment. But if it has been more than 60 days from the date of payment, we cannot use PayPal's refund function, and have to use Send Money function.
In this case, you will be charged PayPal's transaction fee by PayPal when you received the money.
And also if you sent deposit via except PayPal, we would refund also using Send Money function via PayPal.
