Japan Post has currently suspended acceptance of parcels to the United States.
However, printed matter can still be shipped.
Therefore, if the items you purchased consist only of books, please select AIR Postal Service when creating your shipping request.
We will then ship your package as Printed Matter Registered.
However, please note that the insurance coverage is limited to 6,000 yen per package.
UPS and DHL are operating normally, so all items, including books, can be shipped using these methods.
